With a motive to augment tourism sector and attract more tourists to the picturesque destinations, the Jammu Tourism Department will be boosting the adventure sports including paragliding for which the applications are invited from the aspirants for professional training in handling the adventure sports activities.
The department has also advertised the notification inviting those interested to undertake
"Paragliding Professional Training and Course" in the Jammu region.
"We have invited the interested persons to apply for undertaking 18 days 'Paragliding Professional Training/Course' to be organized by the Directorate of Tourism, Jammu in collaboration with National Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (NIMAS)," Vivekananda Rai, Director Tourism said.
